I believe the Spirit intends the inclusion of the first two kingdoms that reach all the back to the first two kingdoms that fell within the history of Israel before the rise of Babylon. These are Egypt and Assyria. Both held an oppressive sway over Israel. It seems that Daniel begins with Babylon to trace the course of gentile powers to the end, whereas John's revelation reaches back to the beginning of Israel's encounter with the gentile kingdoms of man.

Hallo, I am in agreement with you that Antichrist will hate the Holy Covenant which God made with Abraham concerning ownership of the land which we know as Israel. I think he will use it in a ruse to finally do away with the Israelites. He will endorse the Covenant (which is not his place to endorse) but the result will be Israel gaining a false security which I think you mentioned. He is cunning and desperate as he knows his time is short but he also knows how much Israel wants peace so will play his cards cunningly using the covenant to do it then will probably plan annihilation of the nation by probably nuclear means. Daniel 11 spells it out. Islamic hatred is the means of his coming to power as I believe he will be Muslem.
We live in exciting times.
