Rest, in the finished work of Christ, Trust in the finished work of Christ, Belief in the holding power of Christ, all flowing out of an experience of death, that led to resurrection. It is a work of Satan, the accuser, to cause many to doubt and feel hopeless when they fall into a sin. It is a work of Satan, the accuser, to have ‘teachers’ offer a false comfort, when God may be doing a deep unseen work. O Lord, we so need Your gift of discernment, Your word of wisdom. Have mercy O God.
