I appreciate so much your willingness dear brother, so these are my questions: 1.– Acts 3:21 says “The heaven must receive Lord Jesus until the times of restoration of all things which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from acient times” On the other hand the Lord […]
“In That Day…” – [Video]
In this message Reggie Kelly and Travis Bennett seek to provide clarity to the timing and nature of the “the Day of the Lord.” Specific attention is given to understanding errors in the doctrine of a pre-tribulation rapture, along with the accompanying assertions that the return of Christ is “imminent,” and that Israel and the Church are entirely separate entities. Reggie reads from this article during the message: The Rapture Question Decisively Answered by the Timing of the Day of the Lord.
Featured Article: One or Two Peoples of God? Reflections on the Mystery of Israel and the Church
By Reggie Kelly (This post is a “reprint” of one of the original articles of this site) The time of the rapture is really a secondary outgrowth of dispensationalism’s distinctive doctrine of the church, which derives from their own peculiar and novel view of ‘the mystery.’ It is a false […]
Antiochus was Never a Little Horn
I don’t think anyone’s calling attention to something that should be in the first place most obvious, but have never seen a commentator even question it. It’s like the emperor that had no clothes, or the forest that gets lost for the over focus on the trees. We should be […]
The Narrative-Historical Reading of the New Testament
I fear for any view of the faith that is so blind to the place and role of Israel that it cannot see in current trends the inexorable build up to the final world rebellion against the holy covenant. Who will sound the mid-night call? Who will be found giving the master’s household their “meat” in due season? Who will prepare the way of the Lord? That’s the call, or at least a central part of the church’s stewardship for this hour.
Daniel Chapter 7 (audio)
Daniel’s vision of the four beasts is the second vision in the book of Daniel (Chapter 7) and provides additional detail to the first vision in Chapter 2. They all point to a climax that will occur in “the last days.” Reggie Kelly and Phil Norcom lead us through the five visions of Daniel with emphasis on what they mean for Israel and the Church (The Mystery of Israel).

Daniel Chapter 2 (audio)
The vision of Nebuchadnezzar is the first vision in the book of Daniel (Daniel Chapter 2) and provides a foundation for the four visions that follow. They all point to a climax that will occur in “the last days.” Reggie Kelly and Phil Norcom lead us through the five visions of Daniel with emphasis on what they mean for Israel and the Church (The Mystery of Israel).

Israel’s Wilderness Flight and the Short But Unequaled Tribulation
I think the ‘crux interpretum’ in any discussion of the timing and severity of “Jacob’s Trouble” is Dan 12:1-2. Jesus’ manifest use of Daniel’s prophecy in Mt 24:15, 21 is decisive. The key is to note the similarity of language and terms used by the later prophets to build on […]
A Brief Case for the Futurity of the Thousand Years
We should also point out that the “greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven” (Dan 7:27) that will one day “fill the whole earth” (Dan 2:35) is shown in Dan 2:44 to come “in the days of these kings.” This is very significant, because at the time John wrote […]
Seated in Heavenly Places
I have used Dan 7:11 with Rev 19:20 to point out to those who hold the amillennial view that we cannot be in the millennium now, since the first resurrection happens in obvious connection with the destruction of the ‘final’ beast (Dan 7:11 with Rev 19:20) and the resurrection of […]
