This message is from the 2012 Olivet Convocation in Ohio. Phil Norcom opened with passages in Mt 24, 25 and Joel 3. A blessed dialogue among brothers ensued.

It took us two sessions to cover Daniel Chapters 10 through 12. This fifth and final vision of the prophet Daniel is of a “certain man” whose description bears an amazing resemblance to John’s vision of one “like the son of man”, who is the Alpha and Omega, Him who has the keys of hell and of death. In these chapters this “certain man” talks to Daniel in detail about things which are to come.

In Chapter 9, Daniel realizes that the 70 years of exile is almost over, so he cries out to God for mercy for himself and his people. In response he has a vision of the the angel Gabriel who begins to explain God’s timetable for delivering Israel. Reggie Kelly and Phil Norcom lead us through the five visions of Daniel with emphasis on what they mean for Israel and the Church (The Mystery of Israel).
Daniel’s vision here in Chapter 8 and provides additional detail to the Nebuchadnezzar’s vision in Chapter 2 and the four beasts of Chapter 7. They all point to a climax that will occur in “the last days.” Reggie Kelly and Phil Norcom lead us through the five visions of Daniel with emphasis on what they mean for Israel and the Church (The Mystery of Israel).
Daniel’s vision of the four beasts is the second vision in the book of Daniel (Chapter 7) and provides additional detail to the first vision in Chapter 2.
